Kingston Technology presenta unidad de estado sólido SSDNow V+
SSDNow V+ ofrece mayor capacidad, IOPS, velocidades más altas de lectura/escritura
Kingston Technology Company, Inc., la compañía independiente de productos de memoria líder en el mundo, anunció una nueva adición a su línea SSDNow de Unidades de Estado Sólido. Disponible a partir del día de hoy, SSDNow V+ cuenta con capacidades de hasta 256GB, más operaciones de entrada y salida por segundo (IOPS) y velocidades de lectura/escritura más altas en comparación con una unidad de disco duro mecánico estándar. Este nuevo producto está enfocado a consumidores y compañías que buscan mejorar su desempeño y extender la vida de sus sistemas.
“SSDNow V+ es la unidad de estado sólido ideal para dar fuerza a usuarios, ensambladores, integradores de sistemas y ambientes corporativos demandantes, donde la eficiencia y el desempeño cobran importancia a medida que se usan más recursos de sistema”, dijo Ariel Perez, SSD Business Manager de Kingston®. “Los usuarios serán más productivos a medida que las altas capacidades de la unidad y las IOPS permiten almacenar más datos y ofrecer tiempos de arranque y carga de aplicaciones más cortos”.
El sistema operativo de una computadora se beneficiará con las impresionantes velocidades aleatorias de lectura de 4K de la unidad de hasta 6,300 IOPS y de escritura de 4K de hasta 291 IOPS. Además, Kingston SSDNow V+ ofrece una impresionante velocidad de lectura secuencial de hasta 220MB/sec. y escritura secuencial de hasta 180MB/sec.
V+ es la más reciente adición a la familia SSDNow de unidades de estado sólido. Actualmente, V+ está disponible en Estados Unidos en capacidades de 64GB, 128GB y 256GB; la unidad de 64GB está disponible en todo el mundo, y nuevas capacidades estarán disponibles próximamente. La unidad usa una interface SATA estándar y es extremadamente duradera, ya que no tiene partes movibles y genera menos calor en comparación con un disco duro regular.
